Comprehensively build a systematic, intelligent and information-based preventive safety management system: We have always adhered to the safety production policy of "prevention first, meticulous safety; rights and responsibilities are consistent, those who are responsible must be held accountable", firmly establishing the safety concept of "people-oriented, focusing on life, focusing on safety, and focusing on health". We closely focus on the company's "one body with two wings" development strategy, and implement and take root the concepts of safety development, reform and innovation, source prevention, and systematic governance. 

In 2024, we proposed a unique overall concept of "comprehensively establishing a systematic, intelligent and information-based preventive safety management system centered on accident risk prevention and control". We innovatively transformed the safety management system, strictly focused on improving the "dual rates" of safety management, initiated the establishment of a safety professional committee, fully implemented the "five-item" management list for safety risks, piloted the implementation of "grid-based" safety management, iteratively upgraded the intelligent control platform for safety risks, precisely assisted in strengthening the safety foundation management of subsidiaries, and conducted graded inspections and training for external operation units. We constructed a "combined safety comprehensive supervision" and "related professional supervision" model of "large-scale safety management", laying a new foundation for intrinsic safety management, effectively promoting the company's safety management to transform towards informatization, digitalization and intelligence, and fully achieving the annual safety production management goals. The safety production situation has remained stable and improving.
