In the cutting-edge field of intelligent factory construction, the Yibin Li Ba and Li Dian New Materials of the group have taken the lead in the pilot projects, successfully creating a model of intelligent manufacturing. From the factory equipment layer, the centralized control layer, the production execution layer to the company management layer, a comprehensive and complete intelligent factory system has been established. 

It deeply integrates cutting-edge technologies such as edge control, batch control, and digital twin, achieving seamless connection between the industrial control layer and the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) layer. Production plans, production orders, recipe management, equipment data, batch production control, and batch processing data can achieve two-way data interaction and sharing among these systems, forming an advanced intelligent centralized control mode of DCS (Distributed Control System) + BATCH (Batch Processing System) + MES. The implementation of this mode has significantly improved our production efficiency, enhanced the stability of product quality, and effectively reduced production costs. It has achieved remarkable cost reduction and efficiency improvement results, and significantly enhanced competitiveness. 

Currently, we are vigorously building the third intelligent factory in the lithium battery field - Tiancheng Lithium Battery Intelligent Factory. This factory will inherit and carry forward the successful experiences of the previous two intelligent factories, further promoting our intelligent manufacturing level to a new height. 

Our intelligent factory model has not only achieved remarkable results in practice, but has also received widespread recognition from the industry. Among them, two core technological innovations have successfully obtained national invention patents and have won the Excellent Achievement Award for Enterprise Digital Transformation in Sichuan Province.
